Alison is a qualified Career Development Practitioner with a Master of Science in Career Guidance and Development. She has over 10 years' experience helping students, teachers, and leaders to achieve their career goals. She has led partnerships with schools, employers and educational organizations to support career and skills development through the creation of teaching resources, experiential learning programs, and digital tools.

Alison has also managed a recruitment service for international schools and has led training to develop recruitment practices in international education.
