Founder and CEO
Ash has over 15 years of recruitment operations management and 3 years of international teaching experience. He has directed the recruitment and relocation of over 6,000 teachers globally.
Ash chairs the Policy and Planning Committee as an Accreditation Commissioner with the Middle States Association of Schools (MSA) and is a member of the Leadership Committee with the International Task Force on Child Protection. He holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto
Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Rebecca is a certified teacher from Australia with 9 years of intl. teaching, recruitment and digital product management and marketing experience. Rebecca has taught in several countries and applied her knowledge of the international education market to launch a digital solution for a leading international teacher recruitment firm.
Rebecca has designed recruitment and onboarding solutions for +300 international schools in +30 countries through the ongoing development of a digital recruitment platform solution.
Digital Learning Advisor
Nick is a digital learning expert with 10+ years of eLearning design management and 6 years intl. teaching experience. Nick is currently completing his MP.Ed from Western University.
Nick has created digital learning programs for top-tier universities and Fortune 500 corporations.
Aman is a software solutions and management expert. For over 15 years, Aman has designed, delivered, and implemented Human Resources, Learning, and Recruitment solutions to world class organizations including international mining, regulatory and construction firms in addition to school boards and government organizations.
In addition to his Computer Science background, Aman holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
