Frequently asked questions

How can this be free?

We are conducting a three-month pilot to refine the details of the program. In exchange for your free participation, we ask that you:

  1. Commit to attend all workshops
  2. Provide feedback on how to improve the program after every workshop
  3. Tell other Heads about the program

How much time do I need to commit?

Please plan to commit to a 3-hour workshop and a 45-minute 1-1 session each month for three months. There will be other activities available to you, but they are optional.

How does the vetting and matching process work?

Each of your pod-mates completes an application and online interview. Our goal is to ensure that each pod has a diverse range of experience and perspectives and that each individual can both contribute to and find value in the workshops.

How does the 1-1 session work?

An experienced consultant will help you develop an action plan, hold you accountable for executing it, and help you resolve any challenges along the way. Scheduling is flexible to ensure you find a convenient time within your busy schedule.

How does this support my personal wellbeing?

A portion of each workshop is dedicated to give you time to reflect upon your professional life, your personal life, and your health with a group of trusted friends available to talk about whatever is on your mind.

How do the monthly workshops work?

Each workshop consists of a wellbeing check-in, collaborative problem-solving, and introduction to new skills and knowledge. The conversations follow structured processes that all pod-mates have equal “air-time” and that the discussions are results-oriented.

How is this different from other communities for Heads?

This program is more than a conversation. You will establish deep and ongoing relationships with trusted friends and dig into the details of your real-world challenges and issues. Your pod is a safe space to talk about whatever is on your mind and get support whenever you need it.
